Admin, I'll take the responsibility for this mistake, sorry everyone !! However I thought you would have changed the name of the artist LOL Admin Every artist listed on the site had that address though...weird. And they never replied me back (after I sent a request to check the address). So CK doesn't have a fan letter address ?

No one's to blame; we couldn't find any information and Crystal wasn't able to respond back to us in time. Shit happens.
On the package though, "CRYSTAL KAY FANCLUB" and "TO CRYSTAL KAY" are written on the front. Like I tweeted her, I assumed that with the similar addresses that anything sent [to the wrong address or group] would have been given to the rightful person. A lot of times, gifts are sent to the company with the groups name or the name of the fanclub and then they are given to whoever. I guess Crystal doesn't have a fan address - but that's not as weird as her being excluded from the websites in its entirety. I'm just hoping that the gift ended up somewhere in the company, at least then there's a chance of her receiving it.

You know what...my first thought while reading this was "were they able to read English at the company?" I'm not being condescending, it happens in Japan, I remember that TV show where CK was a guest and she wrote something on a piece of paper, like the other guests did, and the host asked her "what's written?" and I was like "really? She just wrote Mickael Jackson." So the host couldn't read a worldwide famous artist's name. But then, if thei LDH website is translated in English...they're supposed to have someone who can read it. I think the company will either keep the gift until CK ask for it or send it to her. OK, thanks for the info, I had no idea about sending gifts to artists, I had never done that before.

Don't sweat it. Hopefully she'll still get it, the package does have her name on it.

I apologize for the late response, I've been so busy that I've been unable to check the forum. I have sent Crystal a tweet as you requested but if I'm being honest, I think the gift isn't going to be getting to her. I have no idea where it could be - besides somewhere in Japan - but it has been two months. With the inclusion of her on LDH's website, maybe she'll get it now; maybe she's officially apart of the company to receive gifts. But I won't get optimistic over a maybe.

Thank you for your response. Have you been tracking your package via an American mail service website? This is what I do when I receive packages. I guess it works the same when we send them too, so we can know if it's at an Japanese post office at least.

I forgot the exact words the USPS man said when I had asked before, but it's unable to track.
